Duties include: leading and training staff by example by enforcing all UTS operational functions and policies, implementing daily team tasks, tending to customer needs, knowing inventory, sales and promotions, receiving and stocking inventory,
maintaining plant and product health, property maintenance, conducting weekly personnel scheduling, completing daily financial paperwork, and upholding the Under The Sun standard of excellent customer service, quality products, presented by a knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Landscape Crew
Duties include: working at designated
residential and commercial landscape job sites, gathering and transporting installation products, prepping landscape beds, installing plants trees and shrubs, installing fountains, rocks, pathways, pottery and other garden architectural features, and upholding the Under the Sun Standard of excellent customer service, quality products, presented by a knowledgeable and friendly staff.
AM Water Specialist

Plant Care
Duties include: technically watering displayed plants on a morning shift. Straightening and consolidating plants. Plant display maintenance and cleaning.
